Taylor, Peter
Mr. Peter J. Taylor is an Independent Director of Edison International. He has been the president of ECMC Foundation, a nonprofit corporation dedicated to educational attainment for low-income students, since May 2014. Prior to that he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of the University of California from 2009 to 2014 and managing director of public finance at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital from 2002 to 2009. Mr. Taylor is a director of Pacific Mutual Holding Company and the Kaiser Family Foundation, and a member of the Board of Trustees of California State University and the J. Paul Getty Trust. Previously, he was chair of the UCLA African American Admissions Task Force and a commissioner on the California Performance Review Commission. Mr. Taylor is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles and holds a Master’s degree in public policy analysis from Claremont Graduate University.
