HR, in any company, is not there for you the employee. They are there to protect management and the company.

I used to work in HR at Citrix. They required HR personnel to post good reviews on Glassdoor, Indeed and Google. They also monitor this and many other sites and try to quash rumors and layoff gossip. I left because I had dignity because I was told HR is there to protect management and our stock shares, not to be a support system for employees.

Managers are incompetent a-- kissers that have no talent and are doing anything to cling to their jobs. Meanwhile all the real talent is leaving for real companies like Nutanix and others.
Sad management is ruining the company.
HR is hiring interns while laying off experienced people.
HR is hiring young women with little experience while laying off men with experience.
HR is protecting bad managers while people quit.
