Union or no union, no one can help you but yourself. Hang in there and hope the situation gets better or start looking for a job somewhere else. You are stressing yourself out and will affect your health. I took the package and found a job paying a fraction of what I was making when I was with altice but I'm much healthier and happier. Altice is not the only place you can work for, I' m currently working for PSE&G and very happy.
