Yup! get rid of all the good people and stock the tank with the bottom feeders -- ruthless, cut throat, non-compliant, look the other way, back stabbers is what they are leaning towards - what a shame
DCEH are laying off employees not based on KPI's, but through arbitrary means and labeling the moves as strategic. The four finance counselors laid off were some of the best at AUO. DCEH may grow through these tactics over time following the Grand Canyon University playbook, but they are destroying any sense of morale or loyalty through such actions.
