McDonald's needs to use computers to take orders. My husband and I went to the McDonald's in Tulare CA and the guy that took our order got it wrong. When we pulled up to the window my husband had his debit card in his hand. My husband told the guy he got the order wrong and way overcharged us. The guy took the debit card out of my husband's hand and swiped the card anyway. When my husband said again "you got the order wrong and overcharged me" the guy said "oh well I already charged you, what do you want me to do about it now?" My husband said "why would you run my card after I told you the order was wrong?" They guy shrugged and said "nothing I can do about it now" and slammed to window shut and walked away. We pulled up to the pick up window and told the girl there what happened and asked to speak to the manager. She slammed the window shut and left us sitting there for several minutes. Another girl came to the window and said we needed to pull over and park so the people behind us could get their food. My husband said "no I want to talk to the manager" she said "you're holding up the line so pull over" again my husband said no. She said "your sad and pathetic" and slammed the window. Finally after almost 10 min a manager came and fixed the order and gave us a refund for the overcharge. We called the survey # on the receipt and were promised gift cards but never got them! Rant over! Sorry it was so long!!

Walmart? Nationwide? Global?
It's coming... Mickey D will eliminate all cashier jobs in 24 months, they are 50% done with the project... That has to be in tens of thousands for them... The same for us...
