Campus Layoffs at South

Yes! A conference call layoff - I was one in the number! Across all the campuses at South! More on the schedule for next month. The campuses are looking slim. Online classes for everyone except the ones that are mandated to be on campus like Pharmacy. Registration, Business Office, Asst. Deans, look out, you're next! Consolidated services in PA! Gotta love it. I will miss everyone I've worked with these past years soo much! Good Luck to those of you who choose to stay. I just want to say "Stay Woke"; there are no guarantees!

DCEH...Always remember karma is real. What goes up...will come down. As for me and my house we still pray for our enemies.

From the online point of view; it s---s big time for you all at campuses. At least your job skills and profiles match up with campus work elsewhere; whereas online, not so much. Good Luck to you all.

DCEH a subsidiary of the Dream Center, a Christian organization. They even destroyed the ministry program. What does this say about Richardson and the Barnetts?

SU WPB needed to either burn down or purge the entire staff/faculty. Students allowed to cheat, grades given, no ethics. Sorry to see some go, but most don’t belong in academia. Who’s name will HR write down during her rounds when there is no one left to report on the naughty list?

@vul:

Pretty certain you meant dean of academics, the over grown-man child with the bat next to his door.

They did nothing to protect “their” people.

There were 4 layoffs at the Miami campus today that I know of.

I was one of the conference call layoffs. Was not a classy way to lay people off. The President's and Dean's knew yesterday. They should have been loyal to there staff and told them when they knew instead of a big conference call.

Very tacky.

What about SU WPB?

The President (formally the cowardly office shifting self proclaimed Chancellor) and the failed Dean of Student Affairs (formally the microbiologist spawn of a contaminated petri dish) can hopefully soon find jobs on a used car lot where their well honed nefarious skills would be better suited.

Additionally the arachnoid web weaving grandmotherly Dean of Nursing, Satan willing, could soon be making some real money pandering her estrogen depleted netherlands to gan-b-ngers on Clematis Street.

"Wonderfully good faculty and staff" my a--. I guess the old switcharoo is finally coming to its rightful end.

As for my position..... Let's just say, I'll be missed by many. But in the end, it doesn't matter. There is always a work around. There may be chaos in the interim.
