If you think you are safe because you dodged the bullet today, don’t get too comfortable. Rolling layoffs every two weeks for foreseeable future. Could be for next 2-3 months. Sorry executives, the cat is out of the bag once again! For those of you who are non-believers, just sit back and watch. Don’t say you were never warned. You were tipped off about today and didn’t believe it. Maybe today’s cuts will make you a believer? Bottom line, get out while you still can.

3zoz- go to your course shell for next quarter and see if the classes are even there. Reports from full timers indicts they’ve been blocked from seeing their Fall Quarter courses. Don’t trust anything from adminstration at this point
I have a question. I an adjunct instructor and this is my only job. I subsidize my income by working in our Media Resource Cage, repairing equipment etc. I also work between two different campuses. I was also asked to fill in at another campus close by, which has resulted in me taking on (ostensibly) a full load. 4 classes, 3 independent studies. Next quarter however I'm going to go over my 10 classes per year. I need someone to help me figure this out so I can see what my next 11 weeks will look like. Will anyone help me?

Unemployment in my state is paid very well for anyone that has worked for a number of years. It is so much better than that awful place. I agree that the entire company has been in PTSD mode for a few years now. I feel very bad for students that still have a year to go. I can't imagine what their future will hold. I hope they do everything possible to sue DCEH for fraudulent advertising.
I was wondering if there would be more on Monday since the rumors were saying 40% of cfa would get let go but I personally did not see any actions today... Will the layoffs continue to be on Fridays or just non stop until there is nothing left?
