Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Latest on severance?

What's the latest on severance? Has it been reduced like it was rumored or is it still the usual?

Underperfoming associates? Really? Most of the millennials and new hires that they brought in are not performing 1/10 of what is needed or that what many of the "forced out due to making too much money employees" were producing. They can write whatever they want in performance reviews to support their bad decisions to eliminate people based on age, race, religion, ethnicity, or even making too much in the eyes of the greedy executives but the reality is ADP corruption is in control and truth doesn't matter. There are just better places to work. Period.

FY18 perf reviews may be clue to underperforming associates. Or if on prior PIP, they should know

With all the money they are paying out for ERP. I wouldn’t put it past ADP to cut severance packages. Probably will tell the people you were not productive enough and just let them go. That has happened in past layoffs.

I haven't heard that it is being reduced. But I have heard that some are being let go for the generic phrase "Not being productive enough". Of course, since those people are getting fired and not laid off, there is no severance. What a way to save money on labor costs.

Oh lord! I hadn't heard it was getting reduced. I was told that it was 6 months severance if you had been here for 10 years. I pray that is still the case.
