I'll take the lack of layoff chatter here as a sign we are not looking at any layoffs soon? Or am I missing something?

Management Development Program
We dumped 170 Headcount of Power Digital back to GE Power as part of Digital 2.0 redaction. That was probably 30MM cost out already. They are actively working prioritizing cleaning up all the other bloat, rev leakage, inefficiency and dead weight that are low hanging before having to resort to staff reductions again....

MDP roles will be elimated by end of year. Be smart and be ready.

You’ve clearly never been through M&A before. Unwise to lay-off now - sends a negative msg to potential buyers. The new owner will determine the level of cuts.

But employees are #1 priority per their Meetings. I’m sure they’ll “take care” of us. They have an impeccable track record.

I've been told that we are specifically not expecting layoffs. In fact, we're desperately trying to hire but are having a hard time filling roles, likely because of the bad press
