Moral is at an all-time low. Directors feel like they were demoted. Very poor descision by Senior Leaders who have succomb to Wall Street. How long do they think the pions will work with no raises and pitiful working conditions. Turnover is constant and is costing the company millions. Even the Orca's don't want work for rotten fish.

this is all so sad from what was once the greatest theme park company when run by A-B. I'm sure any of us who remembers prepping for August Busch walk-throughs will understand what I'm saying.

Also for some leadership teams this restructuring and the consequential reorganization of departments feels like some positions are being prepped for departure in the next round. They’re restructuring us right out the door. : /
