Our stores are a cluttered mess. Too many fixtures and no room to shop. Now we are adding more baby and toddler goods.
We carry too many styles of everything. We no longer have the staffing to merchandise and recover 20 styles of Mens dress shirts stacked too high or 60 styles of bras and product stuffed under tables and falling off fixtures!
Penny lane is simply junk with no home and looks horrible.
Merch and fitting room teams are a joke if you only schedule 2 cash associates.
