How did the exit interview go?

Filling out checklists is confusing. Especially when nobody can understand them. So it’s easier to skip that step and close the CRM without doing anything.
I think they transferred that step to CED or P&CSD
As usual, it got hard so it doesn’t happen!
I don’t think anyone here got laid off.
Even resignations don’t do an exit interview. It’s on the CRM checklist, but since it’s assigned to a Saudi it just gets checked off wothout taking any action or effort.
That’s correct. There is no CRM for an exit interview. There is only a meeting CRM with HR to go over the 20+ CRM items to be cleared and the timing. The number of CRMs depends on your payroll, family status, EAP, etc.
Its just a checklist, not an interview. Why do you call it an “exit interview”? Nobody talks to you. That’s probably too much work.
