Filling out checklists is confusing. Especially when nobody can understand them. So it’s easier to skip that step and close the CRM without doing anything.
I think they transferred that step to CED or P&CSD

Even resignations don’t do an exit interview. It’s on the CRM checklist, but since it’s assigned to a Saudi it just gets checked off wothout taking any action or effort.

That’s correct. There is no CRM for an exit interview. There is only a meeting CRM with HR to go over the 20+ CRM items to be cleared and the timing. The number of CRMs depends on your payroll, family status, EAP, etc.

Its just a checklist, not an interview. Why do you call it an “exit interview”? Nobody talks to you. That’s probably too much work.
