I was talking to my attorney today about the new medical cannabis law and according to him Gulf Port won’t be able to do anything. The new Oklahoma law has some priveledges that most other states did not afford and since Gulf Port is not a federal contractor we are good to go as long as we are not under the influence at work. Does anyone know of a doctor in OKC area that will recommend. I really don’t want to drive to Tulsa.

I got my recomendation yesterday. I know to only medicate at home and we should all be good. I didn’t realize how many of us were actually getting their recomendation until I ran into a coworker at the dr office. It was kind of awkward at first but I’m glad it happened. I thought I might have been alone in this deal.
The company won’t be able to do anything when they realize or have to argue that they allow all of the other medications on our sites. People are treated with opiates and amphedameins and tons of other potentially impairing medications every day right now. This is just another medication that is recently become legalized. Management and HR are just going to have to get over the biased opinions.
Yeah. There are a few. One in OKC and one in Edmond. The one in Edmond is Natural Remedies MD. If you have a true ailment that THC can help with you should have no problem. One day we will all look back and compare this movement to when alcohol was going through prohibition. Now it is completely exceptable and no one thinks twice when they see someone with a beer.
