Whata going to happen after ftth is done. Once we run our boxes into the house after all the fibers done whats left? Every month the sh--ty A1 installs that dont work piss more customers off and they leave. Our cable boxes are decreasing as customers just get internet from us because they’re tired of the sh--ty service we provide them. Whats the rest of the company going to do? In my area customers hate us. Constantly waiting for tcs to happen and time limits that we cant go over to solve the issues anymore. We went from great customer service to almost leaving boxes at the door. Its a race to not done customers just to get out on time. They make our routes tacked so it forces people to rush through calls so they dont look bad kicking back work.

Do what u can, hard workers ain’t afraid of coax, a system milker will complain no matter how much they make. They will look at everything in a negative matter.

Everyone is not you, that’s why we are individuals, your way is not the best way, maybe he doesn’t want to stay quiet. Maybe he wants to speak up, what wrong with that? Just because they are paying you does not mean they own you. The only time they ask for input is when someone is doing something wrong integrity, really ok let’s not get into that, but you are a smidge correct, just take that energy you have and look for something else too, There is work out there depending on your salary it might not match up but if it’s reasonably close you might have to think about it. Always have some type of a plan because you never know.
Why do you have to work for a company that you hate, I know that you won't find a job that will pay you for what you are making now ,but if you're not happy , what good is it. Sometimes, you have take two step backwards to move one step forward. I was not happy on my last 3 yrs. but I did not say anything bad about the company and when they offered me the VRP, I jump on it and retired and I could not be any happier.
Nice advice quit, apparently he cares and is frustrated. My advice to you is, it’s a job do what you can do best dont let it frustrate you fix what you can fix, help who you can help, and keep it moving these guys wont be here in the long run (ponzi)
