Yeah, its cheaper to get people to resign, ahead of paying unemployment benefits because of layoff down the road. Why else do you think management telegraphs this? Certainly not for the employees' benefit ….

Believe your crystal ball needs looking at. At the all hands at Gears a few minutes ago, it was said there would be more layoffs- probably around Feb-March 2019.

We were told the same thing from J.M. a year ago before the big layoffs in June 2017.....
That is exactly the message management would want to 'plant' among the masses, to curtail people from 'jumping ship' (along with I.P). Are you that naïve?
