People are saying an email was sent.....Why are they purging performance reviews next month?

Every year fill it performance review ......I never filled that shiittt Ever...
Nothing ever happened .....unless they are going to replace it....
Still don’t fill that shiiiit ....waste of time ....
That seems weird. Why??
They’re purging the entire site that performance reviews were kept, which also included any training you have completed to launch a new site. The email said HR will still have offline copies of any info.
