This is pretty brutal - nearly 900 people are being laid off from Rx after the sale to Walgreens.
I actually thought they were lucky to get away from DaVita but I'm definitely rethinking that stance right now.
We all knew they'd be some layoffs, but this is really much more than I ever imagined.

What did you expect? The entire pharmacy is (and always was) a sham dreamed up to protect kick backs from pharmaceutical manufacturers (Sanofi) for pricey, non- clinically based d--gs. Patrick McKinnon, the CEO, was DaVita’s DFO and personally picked by KT and Javier (two individuals, together with Patrick, who should be in Orange jumpsuits for defrauding the Federal Government and taxpayers). The list of folks responsible for dreaming up this crack pot of a pharmacy is long - honorable mention goes to Jeanine Jiganti, the forcibly departed Chief “Compliance” Officer, for looking the other way for many years as profits and ethical/legal problems mounted. The 67M DaVita Rx paid back to the Feds in December 2017 is a fraction of illegal profits the company accumulated during KT and Josh’s reign. Why the Feds don’t go after KT, Javier, Jeanine and Patrick is a mystery to me. Karma can be tough and I can only pray that it gets served up to all who profited off the back of loyal and hapless drones who kept the doors of this outfit open for so long. Walgreens, do you really know what you purchased? Has Patrick hidden all the bad news from you?
