So stressed to keep hearing about more and more people being let go. Those of that are passionate about our job - it’s hard when you hear another one was let go or another wave hit.

I started with ADP in 1999 and there were layoffs each year around fiscal. We would sit around and hold our breath every April or May waiting to see who was next. There weren't nearly as many layoffs as there are now but my point is that this has gone on for many years. It's just now that the master plan has come to fruition and the super centers are up and running and therefore everyone who isn't going to be located in one of them must go. Start planning your future if this applies to you and trust that there is life and much less stress beyond ADP. Been there done that and they did me a favor by releasing me from the stressful depressing environment that they created as an employer.
It’s not going to stop. This is the new normal at ADP. The company is forever changed.
