Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Celergo?

The news as of August 1 is that ADP has acquired a $3 billion company named Celergo. What gives? Does this mean that ADP will drop its current products and incorporate Celergo with its highly paid employees, getting completely rid of their own low cost employees? Or will the highly paid former Celergo employees also be laid off and be replaced with cheap employees? Or perhaps ADP has realized that it can't make a go of it with the new substandard workers it has hired for their own products and needs to grab a new competent workforce with new products to try to save itself?

Mass layoffs are 100% a result of bad management. Pure and simple. Carlos and his band of thieves can spin it any way they want but the truth is they screwed up and this is their cover up.

Stock up over 200%? Yes that is good.

ADP has always grown through acquisitions? Yes.

ADP has always thrown out valuable, experienced employees on a very massive scale and replaced them with cheap workers? NO. This is something very new that this company tried. Unfortunately, this is proving to be a fatal mistake that will doom the company. Enjoy the high stock prices. For now.

stock up over 200%, that's bad leadership? Wow, good thing I never worked for you hahaha. You clearly don't know what up and down mean. And, if you knew anything about ADP you'd know the company has grown through acquisition like many other companies they buy competitors to own their technology and customer base, and Carlos himself became part of ADP as an employee of an acquired company so I'm not sure you know a single thing you are commenting about.

What f---ing dumb--s move ADP! Of course, the scrubs they replaced the knowledgeable capable tenured employees with can't hack it. That is showing so many cracks already. But the bigger tell, is that this is the admission that the NextGen Payroll Innovation and similar products are a complete sham being sold to Carlos as innovative and better than sliced bread are really shallow, incapable, and vaporware spin jobs.

The stock is dropping like a inverted rocket now! The remaining bunch of us knowledgeable employees with any history will have a short time left and it will likely to get and even sh--tier environment and we will be asked to merge systems, data, knowledge, etc. with Celergo. I can't get out of here fast enough.

ADP management has completely s---ed since Carlos took the reins. He hired and promoted he close buddies in to positions they were not remotely capable of. And ADP has been for years trying to be some kind of Google like company instead of a real payroll company. Again, I can't get out of here fast enough!
