Come on, after the complete snafu the first ftth installs were? You are really going to try to sell the quality of this build? I would guess %20 bad fiber would be an optimistic guess. I’ve seen the work, and I’ve seen who’s doing it. We are doomed to failure, but hey, it only means I’ll still be running my TC route for long after the ftth guys are on the unemployment lines!

Somewhere around 20% of the fiber has been damaged. Lots of runs have to be redone.
