Broadcom is the only semi company among larger players seen as having bright future. We are hiring selectively in all geographies and growing steadily. Acquisitions are helping us to fast pace the growth. Kudos to management.

It will be first Annual Business Plan which didn't result in any layoffs !! Hurray !!
Great... That is what we hear too. Hock is busy in cleaning up CA
Most Annual Business Plans finalized and no rumors of any head count reduction. This is really great news for employees.
Face it, Broadcom is a sh-- company, managed by a mo--n. Phuc Tan, or whatever his name is, is a useless piece of Chinese dung who was at the right place at the right time. I blame the id--t CA CEO and just like he did at PeopleSoft, sold out his folks for a boatload of cash, not caring about anything else. My question is... how do you sleep? See you in hell, Mike!
I hope Broadcom slashes workforce in India and Malaysia and hires in US !!
@Qman: Bunny Ranch is in Carlson City, Northern Nevada. It’s not in Vegas. The one near Vegas is the Chicken Ranch :-) Still a good acquisition for Octane nevertheless ;)
Surpassingly he’s been so quiet ever since the Qualcomm fiasco. No coffee talks!
Octane will buy just about anything. In a few years Broadcom will acquire more SW companies, a few pizza places and coffee shops, a couple of lingerie stores, bunny ranch in Vegas and a latex manufacturer.
The new motto is "connect anything" to Broadcom. Stock will be at 300/- or higher. Octane will only get fatter.
that's a sick reply, but nonetheless broadcom is anything but stable. Layoffs are constant across all BU while company is at record profits. People are like bandits with Hog Tan, anytime they could get whacked but money from looting is great, so enjoy while it lasts.

I beg your pardon?
By chance, were you mother gang-raped while she was expecting you and the successively beats from several falic members affected your brain while you were still in her womb to the point you say such things like that?
Or did she throw away the baby and took the umbilical cord by mistake to take care and that's the result?
