I'm told the acquisition is taking longer than expected - won't close until mid-November. Any insights or updates?

When this was initially announced they said the deal wouldn't be finalized until end of 2018 so I think it's taking just as long as expected.
Excellent! The layoffs will be just in time for the holidays!
That's pretty typical. DOJ has to give it its blessing given the size and scope, and they just announced.
