Dont think Atos culture will be impacted by Syntel integration. Atos culture is horrible, starts at the top. Terrible company,
worked in fedex account it is pure slavery - horrible working conditions, low pay and you are threatened with layoff if you seek release or rotation into any other BUs or account - the Delivery managers/HR always says "moving out of fedexx means you will be out of syntel with in a month of release from this account".
unprofessional managers (from team leads, PM to delivey head and VPs)who steal credit for work done by subordinates and colleague is common sight in syntel. HR is toothless and no clues on professional practices, recruitment is broken and most of accounts are one man show run for local faction leaders (marathi in pune and tamil in chennai).
