I'm still at an open campus where morale is the lowest I have ever seen, me included. I have noticed that managers are taking alot of PTO (they probably know something we don't). People are looking for other opportunities so when they do let us go, we have a backup. Management is acting like its business as usual and they are busy doing their phone reviews but we know something is up. I can't feel good about doing my job anymore, I am a robot at this point just making it through each day. I feel sorry for the students and I hope they get to finish what they started or get their money back. Looking for a job currently, I was going to wait to be laid off to take the severance but not even that is a guarantee. I have already discovered lies from management to staff so I cannot and will not be a participant. First opportunity I have to leave, I am gone! I thought we were working for a good company and they sounded like they were there for the students but in reality they have lied to us and students and its not o.k. The sad thing is that the students are really not aware of the lies and most of the staff either. If you work at an open campus like me, I would start putting your plan B in place because you can't trust this company to do the right thing and you probably need insurance and a paycheck like the rest of us. Good luck to everyone, I'm out!
