Hate the lying and disrespect. Why is this shady company allowed to treat employees this way. Is this what is referred to as MAGA? No consideration for the people that work here just hire staff then layoff in 3 months what an evil way to do business! So many unassuming family men, family women, homeowners, people looking for futures get hired here only to be laid off or fired in a few months and the company knows not keep the new hires longer than 3 months so they cant collect any unemployment. Then cheap a-- ADP turns around and says they are hiring and pretending they are helping the community and go and layoff those new hires. They fake new positions to pretend to show growth and fake out shareholders. They are such a scam. Politicians are only looking out for the big whigs at the top and the big whigs are paying off the politicians. F$ck this ideology and all the crooked companies like ADP. America is only a corporatocracy now thanks to shady businesses like ADP.

Adp really is a dog sh-t company. I've been working for them for 6 years and hoping that within the next month or so, I can leave. The whole El Paso thing was a sadistic joke just like the company itself. I remember the day, as we were pulled into a meeting and told about it.
They of course tried to play it off, as if those terminated employees were being taken care of, but anyone with a brain knew the truth.
Between the daily employee fraud that happens in the sbs payroll both inside and outside (more so outside). Workers comp writing fraudulent policies, committing acts of misrepresentation and overall failing their fiduciary responsibility. Retirement services blatantly lying to clients, unknowingly signing people up for plans and features they neither asked for or needed...there is a reason why FINRA has been up their bu-t before....it is amazing how they haven't been shut down yet!
Management plays heavy favorites, there are both confirmed and unconfirmed accounts of se-ual favors done for desirable roles and territories.
Management turns a blind eye to the fraudulent acts committed by employees. As long as you get to quota by Thursday month end, that's all they care about.
Heck, many times they don't even turn the blind eye, they help employee's game the system for the sake of getting that last deal in to implementation on Thursday.
Legal is a joke. I've seen numerous clients who have had major mistakes done to their accounts, blatantly ignored by ADP. The only way some of them were even able to get a response, was to hire an attorney. No big deal for a huge corp like adp, which has an entire legal defense team on payroll, that place strategic roadblocks in all of the gray areas.
Hr? Another joke. Quite possibly the biggest one, in conjunction with the brand imaging folks.
See they push a very heavy "we are woke" agenda. LGBTQ flags everywhere, constant emails to associates where they essentially are giving themselves pats on the back for their wokeness, etc.
See i don't have a problem with any of this, as i think workplace inclusivity is a great thing but there's a difference between enacting real policy that ensures this and virtue signaling and overall buffoonery, which is exactly what adp does.
Take a quick look at the vast majority of entry level and mid level management, c suite executives...the vast majority white and male.
That's despite the fact that some of, if not the majority of the best employee performers at ADP, are women.
Adp loves to virtue signal with no real substance behind their messaging.
As a black man, i found their response to George Floyd and blm a sick joke. They had a conference, where Maria black who by the way, is as white as a white person can be, go on and on about how racial oppression affected her emotionally, blah blah bu-----t. Etc.
If you work in the El Paso office you're part of the problem. You're providing the cheap labor that allows this.

Totally sh--ty. This is not MAGA, this is greed by Carlos and the Executives. They will drive up stock prices and cash in - little by little. They are taking the corporate tax breaks and “funding” the ADP charities in our names with some of that.... guess who gets the tax write off??? Employees are walking in egg shells, wondering if each day is their last, yet those left are doing the work of two (or more) without being able to voice their stress, in fear of being let go too.
Yes, this is absolutely awful. A sadistic yet legal way to do business.
