If you ever thought CA was bad! Wait till you see what Broadcom has to offer. Very little. If you thought you had job insecurity before you ain’t seen nothing yet. They will lay off people on a daily basis. Their policies are not employee friendly at all. Everything is very marginal and basic there. They don’t spend money on employees at all and you all complained when they took away work from home for everyone except the ELT, at Broadcom no one works from home at all. You have to show up to an office 5 days a week. So long CA and what you were before this group of people ruined you. Turns out CA wasn’t so bad, for the 1 in 10 people they stay, you’ll be sorry.

CA is just as bad, the only difference is Broadcom will make the tough decisions quickly where CA would allow things to drag on forever. I bet that Islandia people are no longer complaining, because they now know the end is near for them. CA got what it deserved because of greedy management that s---ed the company dry to enrich themselves at the expense of the people.
