I assume that Shari knew that this expose was coming at least as long as I knew if not longer. I had read about this in the NY post in Feb I think so it's not a surprise to her or Les or anyone else. I don't think this changes anything since it's not news. The lawsuit that is aimed at preventing the merger is about Shari breaching her fiduciary duty as the majority shareholder, this won't change that.
