Major turnover in the corporate office. I heard some people put in their notice the week of the most recent layoffs. For a company that alleges their core strength is their people, they sure don't seem to care about keeping those people.
Yup, people are seeing the writing on the wall. Why wait to be laid off and replaced by somebody cheaper with no knowledge when we can leave on our own terms. I just wonder what SWN will do once all of the employees who have any experience leave...
