That is the real problem here at IBM which is supposed to be a Tech company... we keep on employing and promoting people to the TOP who have absolutely no understanding of Tech.

Doe she plan to implement that at IBM? If she does she might as well leave now because IBM does not believe in making employees feel any way except useless and terrified.
