Pretty obvious, no?
I wonder what's going to happen with CBS and IT?

Hearing that there will be No there big round in September. Followed by an announcement regarding a move from NYC to Piscataway for many workers..
Time will tell but the writing on the wall is starting to appear... 2018 will be interesting to say the least..
Last I checked, we are a toothpaste company! Sorry to break it to you, IT is a support function and always will be.
TG once said CP is not IT co. but, Dental Cream Co. So what took CP management to get rid of him?
They need to really start looking into Middle management and trim some fat. I bet simple move like this will have CP beat earnings by a penny. Wall Street will be happy. The stock will be in the high 70's..
CP needs more hands-on workers instead of useless Middle managers without any skills sets, especially in ESC-IT.
I for one, think it is timely that he "retired" after a poor earnings announcement. A sign of more to come.
Not sure he got fired per-se, but CBS is up and running, gobbling up American jobs on it's own, his current position was no longer needed. Kinda funny that he got CBS'ed.
I'm shocked they didn't transfer him somewhere, I think his retirement is very telling, he didn't jive with the new management structure or was passed over for something, so he got himself another job.
I'm of the opinion that this is the beginning of the layoff we have been hearing about for a couple months now. Buckle up and hold on!
They should fire the most of the Upper management.
Not needed, nor be missed. Too many Directors and AD at this place.
