Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Will this ever end?

There are rumors circulating once again about more layoffs and I'm starting to wonder if this will ever end.

People work so hard to get where they are what for? So they can be dismissed without a second thought, like they never existed?

This company has lost its core values and is losing the people that helped build it up.

Leadership should be ashamed of themselves.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I have it from several reliable sources the next layoff is coming in September. I know several folks who made it thru the March layoffs and were told by their managers they would probably be layed off in September so they should prepare.

This will be the normal at ADP so everyone should be prepared. If you think your job is same you are just kidding yourself.

ADP Leasership be ashamed.....? That's a good one. I was let go in June....layoff no ER. I know of dozens of associates who were let go between 2012 and present who still can't find work, had to sell their homes, lost most of their 401k money since then trying to keep their homes or kids in college. All are over 50 and were hard working people. Try finding a job over 50 and too much experience. I was turned down for a job at the local Staples store!

Of course more layoffs.....that's ADP's new way of doing business. Please get your resume ready.

The layoffs will only end when all of the experienced, veteran, "high-priced" employees are replaced by cheap workers who will work at the new hubs. Remember, these are not real layoffs, they are "replacements". The work is still there, it is just the cheap employees who are going to be doing it instead of the "expensive" employees.

That's right, people can work hard but companies can terminate them for any reason, no matter how hard they work or how valuable they are. There is no loyalty toward employees.

Perhaps ADP has not lost its core values (making money), but it has lost its mind in replacing valuable employees with cheap, inexperienced workers who are not motivated to succeed. The company is in a downward spiral.
