It seems like a lot of contracts are coming to an end soon and we don’t seem to be winning the new contracts. 2019 is going to be a very difficult year for AFS. Get your resumes ready now, we already have a huge bench and they are asking folks to leave after 2 months unstaffed.

Not really a big deal - the group is doing just fine. We sometimes lay people off but it's very rare and if you cannot find a chargeable projects nowadays you are in trouble - Accenture is firing on all cylinders and every single consultant should be able to find a role.
