It was a great company until they started hiring all the Mexicans and the smelly Indians can't get ahead unless you're some black b itch with tiny tits or some sand

Some of us still love GE but due to the stupidity of leadership they are selling off many of the businesses.
Many people here don't hate GE, we hate how it's operating. I've never seen so many kiss A$$es get moved up into positions they had no clue about. The only reason they got the position is because they hangout or know upper management personnel. It's the same across all sections because I've seen it first hand. The company could be great but stop letting the people who are up your a-- get positions they know nothing about.
Most the the hourly folks are not able to function outside of Ge... outside of Ge they are held accountable and will be gone in no time...They can’t leave because they won’t last outside.

You're not part of GE. Indicators are all up down how you wrote your post, dead give aways for anybody that works here.
This is definitely a tier 1 or overpayed salary worker who is scared to death knowing they have no skillset that could even get them remotely close to the amount of money they have been stealing from ge for years. I would strongly encourage people to stay just to be able to look into their eyes when ge slides their layoff packet across the table. All the years of backstabbing and snitching will catch up with this person when they wake up and realize they are nothing more than a # just like the rest of us. Stay strong, stay unified, divided we will fall.
