In previous posts, someone mentioned creating a Facebook Group in order gather and communicate information. I was a part of the March 2018 Layoff and have taken the initiative to setup a private group communication as an initial step.
I have created a "Closed Group" on Facebook for this purpose.
Search for the Facebook Group - Teradata Layoff and request to join.
Joining the group does not assume participation or agreement towards TAA Petition etc.; simply a way to communicate in a private environment to anyone who has been laid-off from Teradata in the last year. All members privacy will be protected and those requesting to join will be asked questions to validate their participation in the group.
Why? - There are several non-legal action benefits available from government funded programs to those who have been laid-off to pay for Education, Relocation, Job search costs, income support and 2 years of wage subsidy.
