Hasbro has changed in recent years, and not for the better.
There used to be a chance to advance based on the merit of your work, but that is hardly the case anymore for anybody except those in high-profile positions.
That is now compounded with pay that is significantly below area average, at least where I am. Free snacks and drinks are all nice, but I actually would gladly give all the perks up if my pay would keep up with inflation at minimum.
Add to everything really expensive health insurance, and you can see why Hasbro is no longer one of the best places to work.
