Hasbro could be doing much better if top leadership called out managers who are obviously motivated primarily by internal politics and their own goals and ambitions, instead of the success of the company as a whole and the well-being of the employees.
Also, they need to stop bringing on people from Mattel. It seems most of them are one-trick ponies, which means we are now stuck with projects that only differ from the ones they did at Mattel enough to make sure we can't be sued for patent infringement. This has completely killed our innovation, and that is extremely dangerous in today's retail environment.
