One investor asked in the earnings call running right now, in which status Q is about 1B$ in terms of opex. SM said they are not over, and they intend to work on it in the next quarter.
Reading between the lines, more layoffs should be coming. So far in 2018 1500 heads axed (SD only, inofficially about 2000). Put 2000 more on it until end of the year
