Can anyone give hints as to what happens at these calibration meetings. While talks in your favor, what oppositions does he face and what can you do as someone not present in these meetings to tip the balance in your favor?

@ryv. I got exceeds on the my review immediately following a promo to staff. It can be done.
New process is totally sh1t. 4 is the new 3, means sh1t grade for you still.
Haven't you watched any of the AR information? There is no longer 3's..
won't get anything higher than a 3 if it is your 1st review. that is calibration for new highers and peebles in new title
If your manager's peers know and have positive views of you, that is in your favor. The hard worker who never comes out of their cave is at a disadvantage.
You cannot do anything. The calibration meeting is to ensure the ratings distribution is enforced.
