Has any one else notice a large uptick in employees leaving Accenture. There has been huge turnover this year and I am not sure if this is natural or if these might be forced resignations. Anyone else have any thoughts on this or also seeing an increase in turnover?

@oywh funny, I am at 53% too... maybe we went to st charles together
YES...it's a constant race to watered down vanilla from an over-bloated/risk averse founding culture that keeps on promoting from the same ol founding pool. That set will continue to guard their multi-millions into their golden retirement at the expense of shareholder/client value. That's what happens when the Fox runs the hen house.
Checked my percentire it 53% and I’ve been here almost 3 years
The talent is leaving because there are SO many better places to work.
Yes I checked my Percenture and I have been here longer than 47% of people and I have been here only 2 year!!! Crazy turnover
I am not sure if there is more, but from what i read in the past ACN has about 15-20% turnover per quarter and supposedly it is buried in their quarterly results. If you are currently employed at ACN check out the Percenture page. Also if you are in C&M it is a up or out mentality, but that is the risk you take for making more than others in different departments who do the same work.
