RSUs to be reduced going forward as the stock has dropped and they have to buy back shares.
Exactly- The bonus and equity compensation is equal to any leading tech company and way better than any semi.. however the challenge is for the BU to meet the numbers consistently so that it is not divested !
Yes, bonus are fat at AVGO, but distributed over four years. The catch is, will you or your department still be here after four years.
80%~100% RSU is for each year? That's 460k/year.
Regardless of your BU, if your salary is anywhere 180-200k, you won’t get more than 2% raise. But with 80-100% RSU and ~30% bonus there should not be any complains !
Thanks, but I think WCC has been in this posterior for a while already, Apple always want to find second vendor but unable to do so due to WCC having large lead over competitors.
Hock didn’t like WCC due to no good future growth but it’s still a cash cow now.

Mine was below 2%. It’s pathetic.
And for the guy who’s asking why WCC is in trouble: there was an article that Apple was considering Intel for WiFi/BT for 2020 but they passed on it. The article says this should be a warning for BRCM because Apple is considering alternative vendors.
Also the iPhone sales were low this year and you know how Octane reacts to that: lay off people and dump more work on whoever is left!
