Thread regarding Arris Group Inc. layoffs

Severance info?

How is the severance package? If layoffs were to happen this is a good time rather than during a recession, when its hard to find a job

This was asked in another thread but there were no answers, so I'm hoping pushing it to the top will help to get somebody to see it and answer.

1 year annual pay if you've worked there over 19 years. 3 weeks pay for every year worked between 15-19, 2 weeks between 10-15 years and 1 week for every year worked from 5-10 years. 2 weeks if less than 5 years.

Apparently it's the same as for the 2016 layoffs after they took over from PACE.
