Thread regarding FTD layoffs

this is all management's fault

we have one of the most incompetent management teams out there.

first of all, they lack any kind of direction. can anybody tell me what is the goal of our current business strategy?

second of all, they focus on making decisions that might have worked out a decade ago, but things have changed since then!

and third of all, they keep laying off the best workers while they keep useless yes-men and yes-women.

change the management, save the company.

Good luck with that Tech guy, I use to work there and realize his all talk. We will see if he backs up all his promises. He needs to retain good quality people in order to get it done. Hope none of the people that have been there for 15+ years didn't get laid off.

i'd agree to some extent but i think actually putting a tech guy at the head might be the right answer if the business is committing to being a tech company. we'll see though.
