I am interested if there are some of layoffs announced or expected in CA Technologies Prague office since CA is being acquired by Broadcom? Are the employees expecting it?

Yes . Please update what is being communicated in various local town hall as townhall is not happening at all locations and executive not sending any summary for local townhall.

I don't think anyone will know until the acquisition is final for sure. Prague has a lot of mainframe developers who should be OK. Does Broadcom have a big presence there? Otherwise I would expect layoffs in supporting functions (sales, finance, legal, HR, etc)
