Bullying by Directors DSTPS

There are a few close-knit directors who are now acting God-like, playing favorites, lying straight to their employees' faces, covering up major customer impacting mistakes that will result in missed SLA's, with financial penalties.

These people need to go. They've been around way too long, and are like pack wolves, with no loyalty or conscience. They're causing anxiety and promoting negativity, and it's time someone do something about it.

You know who they are. Please act.

It is still ongoing. This has to be one of the worst management teams ever. A regular good ol boys club. If it didn’t negatively affect others lives, I would find it laughable. They loose great talent at DSTPS. There has to be a reason. Bill has bailed them out by pressuring clients to sign on for a few more years. If DSTPS management doesn’t stop the bleeding. They will have to answer to Bill.

What do you mean by DSTPS? I've been around a while, but never heard that, except for the product called Power Select, and that doesn't make sense. Is PS a person?

Unfortunately they need to do it this way. Ssnc management has lofty goals and bullying is the main method. Those directors have their own severance packages on the line. If they don’t produce results ssnc will cut them loose. Stripping dst is the plan and it will need to run leaner. Acting like god is the bill stone philosophy when it comes to Corp takeovers. A bigger plan is to get richer and run over the little guy. Deeper cuts are in store so don’t be surprised when more they act like god.
