Was layed off 2 years ago int the 1st round after McD took over. One day a couple months after a client I had calles my home phone and asks me why I wasn't coming ouit on his emergency call as his dealer site was completely down. I said that I had gotten layed off a couple months prior, and he said he couldn't believe it. And he said he never got anyone else to reply and come onsite to t-shoot his down system. After we hung-up the phone he called to speak to McD directly. The secretary said he wasn't available, passed it down the chain, and finally go to a brave tech manager who got "his" butt chewed. The dealer sold Jag's, mainly to high income people like the cdk jag.
