"Do you really believe the sell it off narrative, when they’re investing so much money in transformation and acquisition"
Answer - YES!
Transformation? Please explain what you mean by this statement.
Acquisition - Please consider what types of companies that have been "acquired".
HiTouch? (office supplies, workspace design services and IT solutions)
Will never complete with the likes of Amazon - Staples Sycamore are kidding themselves.
They may as well put "sell me" stickers on all the Staples buildings.
Do you really believe the sell it off narrative, when they’re investing so much money in transformation and acquisition?

"...I hope there are not more layoffs to make room for these closed territories. Also, did anybody see that email that we are now Territory Managers instead of B2B Sales Consultant’s?"
Check out the "I've been laid off 3 times in 2 years" thread. Someone very recently posted about how they and their entire team was laid off because of this. They reduced a team to just 1 "territory manager."
Sad times.
34K “High Touch” and 900 Complex accounts. These are the only ones going to have outside sales coverage moving forward
Where’d you get the reduced to 35K accounts for outside?
What do you mean?? We can only close accounts that spend less than 35k? All of these new changes to come seem like a small nightmare, and I hope there are not more layoffs to make room for these closed territories. Also, did anybody see that email that we are now Territory Managers instead of B2B Sales Consultant’s?
Recap: 1. Put your head between your knees. 2. Brace for impact.
Didnt watch, recap?
