Install the wrong people with the wrong education background in the wrong places in a business that they have no idea about and let them run wild like they are the leaders at the white house. Lets hire a bunch of teachers with fudged resumes and allow them to instruct information they themselves have no skill in. Hire an office staff of cheer leaders, use smoke and mirrors to keep students sidetracked. Print off certificates that make students feel they are rock stars meanwhile they just stripped every bolt out of the last product they worked on. last but not least no one fails.
