Haven't been employed at CDK for a year now, but I see few things have changed. Going through all the posts here (I still have friends who work at CDK and I heard about layoffs, wanted to see what was really going on,) I see morale has not improved one bit since I left.
I'm guessing the main reason is that the situation hasn't improved either. Are jobs still being outsourced overseas? Is that what the latest layoffs were about?
I guess being laid off last year was a blessing in disguise for me. I'm much happier where I am, even if the pay is somewhat lower. I hope it works out for everybody who was laid off this time as well.
