It's probably to redo the initial town hall that was kind of a disaster. You can ask questions but they must be submitted a day before so they can script the town hall meeting. Other thread is right, in a few years, DST will be in one building maybe with client services and the datacenter (moved to CT).
rumor is that last one was for all ssnc & this one is for ex dst? we'll see...
They will lock the doors all here get to stay or all here will get a severance package

At the the meeting ask how long reorganizing will be? Management will say 1 year because that’s when they collect their severance packages. Then they are gone and on to the next gig. The ones that stay will see everything downsized: benefits, teams , facilities IT, etc. ssnc will make sure they layoff people before bonus payments. Sounds awful now wait till next year when the gloves come off. DST debt is a huge issue so the squeeze for cash will tight. After another year they will acquire another company and dst will be wiped off the face in kc.
More lies from upper mgmt. Don't attend - it won't make a diff. Take a long break, get coffee, take a walk, get a beer.
Yes, its to rally the troops. It will re assure that DST stays in KC. But only a shell will be left, It will be SSnc from now on.
