The OP makes a good point. The micron restrooms are disturbing -some more than others. He's not exaggerating. Boogers on walls, feces on toilet seats, walls...I mean really? Learn how to p--p people. Too many disgusting slobs. But there is an answer. Do like management, use those 2nd story restrooms and turn a blind eye to the unclean peasants below. Sit on the c-apper with your smart phone until your next meeting or hallway rendezvous to talk with other tech zombies..
